The Fiddlin’ Pig features local bluegrass musicians every night. Come enjoy the finest, most authentic bluegrass music you will ever hear from our wonderful local musicians. Grammy Award Winner Marc Pruett schedules the best and most entertaining bands our region has to offer. Enjoy the regions BEST barbecue and ribs, sides and homemade desserts while you dance and sing along with our wonderful nightly entertainment.
Owner Maria Burril spent years studying barbecue preparation, and she got it right. All of our meat is smoked on premise daily, and our sides and desserts are fresh and homemade. You are going to fall in love with our St. Louis style ribs… we serve them naked so you can choose your sauce. Maria made all the sauces too, so try ‘em all. Our pulled pork and pulled chicken is juicy, tender, smoked and piled high!
Every Friday and Saturday night come enjoy the regions best mountain dance teams as they perform At The Fiddlin’ Pig. These local folks love to perform and love to introduce others to our mountain heritage. You’ll get a real kick out of the sound of a dozen pair of tap shoes on our hardwood dance floor when our cloggers swing and spin to our live bluegrass. Most of these folks have been dancing since they were itty bitty, and you can join right in during our audience participation dances.
Come enjoy all your favorite Sunday comfort foods and listen to live gospel every Sunday afternoon from 12 til 3. We have the finest local gospel groups perform every Sunday just like the covered dish socials you would find in any mountain church. Tap your foot to authentic bluegrass gospel and beautiful harmony vocals while enjoying all you can eat fried chicken, deviled eggs, green beans, potato salad, ribs, barbecue and homemade banana pudding, apple pie and lots more. 
Now that it’s springtime in Asheville, you can enjoy our new patio and porch area. You can sit outside and enjoy the fresh air and still listen to the live music from our live speaker system.
